Materials We Use

All our wooden solar carports are made of high quality wood, including Spruce, Douglas fir and Pine from sustainably managed forests.

We use glue laminated timber to enable us to make our structures and increase solar generation area while minimizing the number of support posts required.

Glue laminated timber has a lifespan of over 50 years, and all the timber we use is given preservative treatment in an autoclave to prevent environmental and insect damage.
